He turned over a unit of 12-gauge improvised shotgun and 40-mm grenade ammunition when he yielded to troops from the Zambales Provincial Mobile Force Company.

On the other hand, Ka Johnny was tagged as an active member of a communist group operating in Tarlac province. He is facing various charges, such as light threats and violations of the Revised Forestry Code.

The PRO3 said Ka Johnny turned in a homemade M14 rifle without a serial number, live ammunition, a magazine and a rifle grenade with a canister. INQ
