MetroExpress offers free P2P rides to senior citizens

In line with the Elderly Filipino Week, the MetroExpress Premium Point-to-Point (P2P) Buses announced on Tuesday that it would give free P2P rides to senior citizens.

According to the advisory, senior citizens may avail the free rides from Cavite to Makati, and vice-versa, starting Wednesday until Friday.

Meanwhile, free rides from Cavite going to Alabang, and vice versa will be available also on Wednesday until Sunday.

MetroExpress said elderly passengers can avail of the free rides by presenting their Senior Citizens ID, as properly issued by the Office for Senior Citizen Affairs, or any valid ID showing their birthdate.

The free rides will be available during MetroExpress’ revenue hours of the said routes.

The transportation department on Monday started giving free trips to senior citizens for Light Rail Transit line 2 and Metro Rail Transit 3.
