A sports utility vehicle (SUV) that allegedly fled after hitting a fun run marshal in the Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in Taguig City Sunday morning met another accident on Edsa minutes later, reports said.
The black Hyundai Tucson, with license plate ZJP 992, flipped over after hitting a concrete barrier before the Edsa-Ortigas flyover, radio dzMM said.
Reports identified the driver of the SUV as Paul Lim, 23, based on his driver’s license.

While approaching the Ortigas flyover, the SUV hit the concrete barrier that separates vehicles going up the flyover and those taking the service road. It flipped to its side, reports said.
Reports said people responding to the accident found liquor inside the SUV.
Organizers of DZMM Takbo 2015 said they would press charges against the SUV’s driver.
They said Nicanor had to be rushed to the St. Luke’s Global City after suffering a big gash on her left eyebrow and back of the head. She also had bumps and bruises all over the body. She reportedly incurred more than P20,000 in hospital bills.
The Taguig City police said the driver could face charges of reckless imprudence resulting in physical injuries. CB
