Good weather on Monday—Pagasa

/ 08:14 AM April 13, 2015

The whole country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms on Monday, the state weather bureau said.

The generally good weather is attributed to the easterlies, or warm winds from the east, affecting the eastern section of Luzon and the Visayas, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.

In Metro Manila, the highest temperature on Sunday was recorded at 34.4 degrees Celsius at 1:50p.m. The coldest was at 20.5 degrees Celsius at 6 a.m.

Moderate to occasionally strong winds blowing from the east to northeast will prevail over Northern Luzon and its coastal waters will be moderate to occasionally rough, Pagasa said.

Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate coming from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas.
