MANILA, Philippines—Work on all courts nationwide will be up to 12 noon only on October 31, the Supreme Court announced Wednesday.
“As per acting Chief Justice [Presbitero] Velasco, work in all courts on October 31 is until 12 noon only,” high court information chief Theodore Te said Wednesday.

October 31 is not a holiday contrary to earlier reports.
