Look Through: The fate of impounded stray dogs

We often hear that dogs are man’s best friend. Why then should so many of them have to fend for themselves in this cold, harsh world? The INQUIRER.net takes a #LookThrough at the plight of abused and abandoned canines who have been thrown into a municipal animal shelter. It’s possible that some of the dogs will be adopted, but what will become of the rest?
