LOOK: Route of Black Nazarene thanksgiving procession
The Manila Police District’s (MPD) Traffic Enforcement Unit has announced the route of the thanksgiving procession for the Black Nazarene in Manila on December 31.
Due to the procession, the MPD advises motorists in Manila to take alternative routes. It also announced that three major roads would be closed starting 1 a.m. for the procession. /cbb
