Napoles pleads not guilty on 3rd count of plunder

MANILA, Philippines—Businesswoman Janet Lim-Napoles on Friday pleaded not guilty on allegations of plundering over P172 million in Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF).

Napoles is facing a string of plunder cases for allegedly masterminding the misuse of PDAF.
