Napoles pleads not guilty on 2nd count of plunder

MANILA, Philippines – Detained businesswoman Janet Lim-Napoles on Monday pleaded not guilty on allegations of plundering over P183 million of Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF).

Napoles is facing a string of plunder cases for allegedly masterminding the misuse of PDAF also known as pork barrel funds.
