BAGUIO CITY, Philippines—Cadet Jeff Aldrin Cudia could not join the Philippine Military Academy graduation on Sunday even if President Benigno Aquino III would reverse the decision of the military school’s honor committee to dismiss Cudia.

Col. Rozzano Briguez, PMA Commandant of Cadets, told reporters Saturday the beleaguered cadet still needs to finish some academic requirements, citing that he has not completed his on-the-job training yet.

“Categorically, he (Cudia) cannot graduate,” Briguez said.  “Because he also failed to satisfy all requirements for the prescribed course of study.”
