3 suspects yield over P1M worth of ‘shabu’ in Olongapo City

In Olongapo City, 17 people were arrested in the weeklong anti-criminality drive

OLONGAPO CITY — Three high-value drug suspects in this city were arrested by the local police after yielding more than P1 million worth of “shabu” (crystal meth).

In a report on Wednesday, May 3, the Police Regional Office 3 (PRO3) identified the suspects as Aiman Ombar, Mohammad Pangcatan, and Hamza Hadji Ali.

The PRO3 said the three suspects were arrested in Barangay Sta. Rita during a buy-bust operation out by various police units in the city.

Seized from the trio were four sachets containing alleged shabu, which weighed 152 grams and valued at P1,034, 960.

The suspects were detained at a local police custodial facility and will face charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. INQ
