Phivolcs: No tsunami threats after 5.9 quake in Batanes

MANILA, Philippines–No destructive tsunami threats were expected following a 6.4 magnitude earthquake that struck off Batanes Saturday morning, the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology said.
