The United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) of Vice President Jejomar Binay on Friday said the controversy over the Iloilo Convention Center (ICC) proved that Senate President Franklin Drilon received more funds from the Disbursement Acceleration Program (DAP) than he earlier admitted.
