MANILA, Philippines—A man on a motorcycle fired on two women in Parañaque City Sunday, killing one and wounding the other.

Police said Zenaida Gino was killed while Monique, also surnamed Gino, was taken to the hospital where she remains under observation for a gunshot wound in the head.

The police report did not say how the victims were related.

It said the two women were standing near the I-Five South bar and restaurant on Elsie Gaches Street, BF Homes Phase 1 when a man on an orange motorcycle fired at them. Miko Morelos
