MANILA, Philippines?An American national died when he fell from the 10th floor of an upscale condominium in Pasay City Thursday night.

In its case report, SPO2 Allan Valdez identified the victim as Dean Edward Buzoff, 52, who reportedly owns a unit at the Park Mansion Ave. in Pasay City.

Around 11:45 p.m., a security guard found Buzoff sprawled on the ground bloodied and lifeless. He had cuts on his head while his left arm and right leg were broken.

The victim, who had tattoos on his both arms, was wearing black shirt and black boxer shorts.

Police said that a few minutes before they found the victim, the condominium?s power supply briefly shut down followed by a loud thud.

Valdez said they still don?t know if the victim committed suicide or the incident was an accident. They have also not ruled out foul play in the American?s death.

The victim?s body was brought to the morgue of the Philippine National Police through the facility of the Rizal Funeral Homes in Pasay City.
