Alcala threatens to file raps vs Napoles
MANILA, Philippines—Agriculture Secretary Proceso Alcala is threatening to file charges against Janet Lim-Napoles for allegedly linking him to the “pork barrel” scam.
“Siguraduhin nila… Sobra na yun. I think, I’ll file charges against them,” Alcala told INQUIRER.net over the phone when sought to react to the inclusion of his name in the so called pork list.
(They have to make sure…That’s too much. I think I’ll file charges against them)
Asked if Napoles was the person he would charge in court, Alcala said: “I think so.”
His name appeared on the list that the camp of Napoles gave to former Secretary Panfilo “Ping” Lacson who submitted the document to the Senate blue ribbon committee Tuesday.

(If that’s an unsigned affidavit, there will be a case. I will get back at them.)
Alcala strongly denied any involvement in the scam. He could not also remember if Napoles or any of her men had approached him when he was still congressman.
But he said he was no longer surprised that his name had been dragged into the controversy.
“Hindi na ako nasusurprise kasi lahat dinadawit ako. Kung pwede na lang idawit ako sa pagbaril kay Rizal e…,” he said.
“Kitang-kita mo kasi ang atake sa akin; it’s part of being in the government. Ang importante sa akin, nababago ko this time ang buhay ng mga magsasaka at mangingisda. Yun ang bottomline ng aking trabaho…” Alcala added.
