Aquino assures Philippine Science High School won’t be evicted
MANILA, Philippines – President Benigno Aquino III on Wednesday assured students and faculty of the Philippine Science High School (PSHS) that their main campus in Quezon City will not be transferred to another location.
(I know there are uncertainties about the reported transfer of your campus. I’ll be the one to tell you: Pisay (PSHS) will remain in Agham Road.)
The President said Quezon City Mayor Herbert Bautista will be the first to oppose it. Bautista, who was seated at the stage, looked startled or was caught unaware before giving a polite smile.
Aquino did not elaborate on the reason behind the reported transfer.
