3 nabbed in Cavite drug den

2 rogue cops nabbed for extortion try of Egyptian in Cavite

LUCENA CITY — Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) operatives and police dismantled Monday an alleged drug den and arrested three suspects in Bacoor City, Cavite province.

A report by the Region 4A police on Tuesday, Sept. 19, disclosed that Prudencio Fabian, Reynaldo Adonis Aurella and Benizer Centis were arrested around 8:15 p.m. during a buy-bust operation in a suspected drug den in Barangay Mabolo III.

The report tagged Fabian as the target of the operation as the alleged drug den maintainer, while Aurella and Centis were identified as “drug den visitors.”

The anti-illegal drug operatives seized 12 grams of shabu (crystal meth) worth P82,800 in the street market, and various drug paraphernalia from the arrested suspects.

Authorities also seized a mobile phone, which will be subjected to digital forensic examinations if they have records of drug transactions.

The three suspects were detained, and cases of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 are being prepared against them.
