Alleged drug syndicate leader falls in Cavite
LUCENA CITY — The Cavite police arrested an alleged drug syndicate leader in a buy-bust operation on Tuesday, Nov. 1, in Bacoor City.
The Region 4A police reported that anti-illegal drugs operatives collared at 2:15 a.m. Rodel De Guzman and Roderick Aballar after they sold shabu (crystal meth) to a poseur buyer in Barangay Mabolo 3.
Authorities seized six sachets of meth. The suspects also yielded a homemade shotgun and two bullets.
The police tagged De Guzman as an alleged leader of a drug group operating in Cavite, while Aballar is a shabu peddler.
In Binangonan, Rizal, anti-narcotics police arrested at 10 p.m. on Monday Richard and Sammy, both surnamed Labramonte, in Barangay Bilibiran.
