MANILA, Philippines — The intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) will bring rains over most parts of Mindanao on Monday, November 25, according to the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa).

In a weather advisory on Sunday afternoon, weather specialist Ana Clauren-Jorda said the ITCZ would bring scattered rains, lightning, and thunder over Caraga and Davao Region.

The rest of Mindanao would experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms.

“So we advise extra caution for our fellow citizens, especially in areas prone to flooding and landslides, particularly in low-lying and mountainous regions,” Jorda said in a live forecast.
