CABANATUAN CITY — Two drug suspects were killed in separate police operations in Nueva Ecija on Monday night.
Edwin Almerio, 54, a resident of Univille Subdivision here, and Eddie Esquivel in Talavera town, were killed after engaging the police in gun battles after reportedly selling drugs to undercover agents, according to Chief Insp. Jacqueline Gahid, information chief of the Nueva Ecija provincial police office.
Forensic investigators recovered handguns at the two crime scenes and seized a total of 13 sachets of suspected shabu (crystal meth). /je
