Duterte appoints OIC general manager for MMDA

President Rodrigo Duterte has named Jose Arturo Garcia as officer-in-charge general manager of the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA).

Duterte signed Garcia’s appointment on February 8 but his appointment paper was released only on Monday. /cbb
