Pagasa’s Monday forecast: Fair weather for parts of PH

Parts of the country would experience fair weather due to the easterlies, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Monday.

Easterlies are warm winds blowing from the Pacific Ocean, according to the state weather bureau.

This weather system, however, would bring cloudy skies with scattered rain over Bicol Region, Caraga, Davao region, Soccskargen, and Quezon province, Pagasa said.

Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers is likewise Pagasa’s Monday weather prediction for Metro Manila, rest of Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao.        /kga
