When United States President Donald Trump had to leave the G20 Summit for a brief period, he let his daughter Ivanka Trump sit in with world leaders, reports AFP.

The session Ivanka Trump attended was on Africa and immigration. She was included in the delegation to join the panel discussion on women’s economic empowerment.

Trump has since reacted on Twitter, stating that the move was “standard,” and that public reactions would be different had it been former presidential daughter Chelsea Clinton:

Trump has infamously made the presidency a family affair, even hiring his daughter’s husband Jared Kushner as an adviser. Meanwhile, his son Donald Trump Jr. is embroiled in a controversy wherein he has allegedly met with Russian informants to obtain damaging information on Hillary Clinton during the 2016 presidential campaign.
