Duterte reveals longtime friend owns chopper used in his campaign sorties

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan—Who owns the chopper Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte used during his campaign sorties?

Duterte bared the owner of the chopper he used during a campaign sortie here.

He said the chopper, with body number RP C2048, was owned by his friend Archie Poe of Lion Air, who only charged him “operational costs.”
