Afternoon classes from pre-school to high school were suspended in Valenzuela City, Marikina City, and Pasay City on Monday due to bad weather.

Valenzuela City Mayor Rex Gatchalian, Marikina City Mayor Del de Guzman, and Pasay City administrator Albert Paredes made the announcements over radio station dzMM.
