Clouds, rain over Metro on Tuesday
MANILA, Philippines – Parts of the country will have light to moderate rains on Tuesday, the state weather bureau said.
“Central Luzon, Eastern Visayas and Caraga will experience cloudy skies with light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms,” the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said.
A low pressure area being monitored by Pagasa was last observed 220 kilometers east of Surigao City.
A tail-end of a cold front is affecting Central Luzon while the northeast monsoon is affecting Northern Luzon, Pagasa said.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila and the rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms.
Article continues after this advertisementModerate to strong winds blowing from the northeast will prevail over Luzon and coastal waters along these areas will be moderate to rough, Pagasa said.
