Cebu Institute of Medicine, UST top Physician Licensure Exams

MANILA, Philippines – Raymund Martin Sia Li of the Cebu Institute of Medicine and Eric Royd Fanco Talavera of the University of Sto. Tomas topped the August 2014 Physician Licensure Examination with a rating of 89.58 percent, according to the Professional Regulation Commission, which released the results Thursday.
