MANILA, Philippines — Principal whistleblower Benhur Luy arrived at the Sandiganbayan on Thursday to testify against Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. during his bail hearing from plunder over the pork barrel scam.
Revilla faces plunder and graft charges over the multi-billion racket of spending pork barrel funds to ghost projects for kickbacks under the scheme of accused mastermind Janet Lim-Napoles.

Luy is Napoles’ former employee, whose job as record keeper made him knowledgeable of the purported transactions of Napoles with lawmakers and other government officials.
