MANILA, Philippines – Traffic in Espana was snarled on Thursday as militant groups headed to Liwasang Bonifacio for Labor Day rallies.
Vehicles coming from Quezon Avenue to Espana were clogged as protesters and massed up along Espana.
Welcome Rotonda is one of the assembly areas. They will head to Liwasang Bonifacio before 1p.m. then proceed to Mendiola for the program proper.
