Luy meets Tuason at NBI

MANILA, Philippines–A few days before possible state witness on the pork barrel scam Ruby Tuason faces the Senate, she met with whistleblower Benhur Luy at the National Bureau of Investigation.
The two had more than three hours of meeting at the NBI’s Special Task Force office.
Tuason’s lawyer Dennis Manalo said the two talked about their knowledge about the operations of Janet Lim-Napoles.
He said there are photos and documents from Luy that were shown to Tuason for her confirmation. Manalo, however refused to give details about the said evidence.
Still, Manalo said Tuason’s testimony is consistent with what Luy has said about the supposed involvement of Senators Jinggoy Estrada and Juan Ponce Enrile.
