Priest to discuss his exhibit in Art Talk

Fr. Jason Dy, SJ, will discuss his ongoing exhibit of spiritual art in an Art Talk at Casa Gorordo Museum today, (July 16) at 3 to 5 p.m.

His art installations which include “bottles of memories”, melted candle wax from the Simala Marian shrine, and photos are on exhibit at the Cultural Center of the Philippines until August 18.

The art talk is part of a series of public lectures by Fr. Jason which accompanies his exhibit “Testimony of What Remains” which opened on July 4 in Manila.

The talk in Cebu is made possible through partnership with Ramon Aboitiz Foundation Inc.’s Casa Gorordo Museum.

Fr. Jason is winding up a three-year assignment in Cebu as assistant parish priest of the Sacred Heart Parish before taking further studies in art in Liverpool, England. His exhibit was previously on display in the parish gallery.
