Cebu Fiesta Triathlon set Aug 20
THERE WILL BE no lack of action for triathletes as the Cebu Fiesta Triathlon Series holds its 1st leg on Aug. 20 at the Sands Beach Resort in Danao City, northern Cebu.
Distances to be contested are standard, sprint and the supertrikids (STK).
The 2nd leg is slated Aug. 27 at the Seabreeze Resort in Luyang Carmen and the 3rd leg on Sept. 2 back at the Sands Beach Resort.
According to organizer Oscar “Boying” Rodriguez, the 3rd leg will have an off-road bike route for the mountainbikers.
The triathlon series will serve as a prelude to the triathlon camp that will be held at the Plantation Bay Resort and Spa from Oct. 25 to 28, which will culminate with a STK and an age-group aquathlon.
