Boy dies in Carmen road mishap
A THREE-YEAR-OLD boy was killed after he was hit by a motorcycle while crossing the road in barangay Fuente, Carmen town, northern Cebu.
Jaynel Mar Bayon was declared dead at the Danao Provincial Hospital.
Antonio Barbas, the driver of the motorcycle, was arrested by police after the incident.

The accident happened around 1 p.m. last Thursday.
