The LPA is predicted to exit PAR over the weekend.

Meanwhile, the LPA that entered PAR on Wednesday is expected to be slowly pulled away from the country’s landmass by Super Typhoon Bolaven.

The super typhoon is recurving toward southern Japan Sea within the next few hours.

“Possible ito na sumama dito sa may trough ng bagyo sa labas ng ating PAR [ST Bolaven],” said del Mundo.

Metro Manila and the rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms due to localized thunderstorms, Pagasa said.

Residents living in low-lying and mountainous areas are warned of possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to heavy rains.
