4 drug suspects yield P583,000 shabu in Cavite, Rizal busts
LUCENA CITY — Police seized P583,000 worth of shabu (crystal meth) from four arrested drug suspects in buy-bust operations Monday in Cavite and Rizal provinces.
The Police Region 4A said in a report on Tuesday, May 30, that anti-illegal drugs operatives in Imus City, Cavite nabbed Luisito and Marjay, both surnamed Dominguez, at 7:55 p.m. after they sold P500 worth of shabu to an undercover cop in Barangay Palico IV.
Authorities confiscated from the suspects three sachets of meth weighing 50 grams worth about P345,000.
The report tagged the arrested as drug pushers in the locality.
In Rizal, members of the Antipolo City police drug enforcement unit collared at 10:58 p.m. Jomar Arguelles and Charlie Maluluyon in Barangay Inarawan.
Article continues after this advertisementThe suspects, classified as high-value individuals on the local drug scene, yielded 11 sachets of shabu weighing 35 grams worth about P238,000.

The police are tracking the source of the illegal substance.
The suspects are under police custody and face charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
