Sen. Revilla undergoes gallbladder surgery
MANILA, Philippines — Senator Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr. underwent surgery to remove his gallbladder and gallstones, which had been giving him discomfort.
Revilla said he was admitted at St. Luke’s Medical Center on Monday, 4:30 a.m. He was operated on Tuesday and will be released from the health facility on Wednesday.
“Wala na ‘yung aking gallbladder. ‘Yun ang cause ng aking pain,” Revilla said in a Facebook live on Wednesday.

The senator said that the culprit of his pain was chicharon bulaklak.
