Baguio Botanical Garden to require advance reservation starting January 16
MANILA, Philippines — Advance reservation is now required at the Baguio Botanical Garden beginning January 16, according to a post from the Baguio City Public Information Office (PIO) on Friday.
The Baguio PIO said that this was done for a “convenient and enhanced tourist experience”.
Up to 10 people are allowed per reservation, with only one person in the group required to make that reservation in advance.
Tourists are then instructed to save or print the QR code to be generated after the reservation. The code will be scanned at the ticket booth, and guests must also present an ID (e.g. any IDs with birthdays on it, senior citizen’s persons with disability card, Baguio School ID, or proof of Baguio residency).
“QR Codes are not for sale and not transferable. Registrant who made reservation must be one of the visitors,” said the Baguio City PIO.
