LEGAZPI CITY — Three suspected drug traders were arrested in buy-bust operations on Thursday, Nov. 24, in Camarines Norte and Albay provinces.
Major Fernand Segundo, Paracale town police chief in Camarines Norte, said Marie, 33, and her cohort, Jun, were arrested at 8:55 p.m. in Barangay Bagumbayan.
Segundo said Marie was a high-value individual in illegal drug operations in Bicol.
Police recovered 50 grams of “shabu” (crystal meth) worth P340,000 from the suspects.
In this city, Ronel Balibaldol, 44, was collared at 2:48 p.m. in Barangay 33-Penaranda.
A sachet of shabu worth P6,800 was confiscated from Balibaldol.
The suspects face charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002. INQ
