2 high-value suspects nabbed, P394,000 ‘shabu’ seized in Naga City
LEGAZPI CITY — Two high-value drug personalities were arrested Tuesday in a buy-bust operation in Naga City in Camarines Sur.
Senior Master Sergeant Tobias Bongon, Naga police spokesperson, reported that they arrested Arvie Bautista, 25, and John Eric Del Rosario, 22, at 2:10 a.m. in Barangay Mabolo.
The suspects sold a sachet of “shabu” (crystal meth) worth P150,000 to an undercover agent. Two sachets were confiscated from him during the body search.
Bongon said 58 grams of shabu worth P394,400 was recovered from the duo.
The suspects were in the custody of the police and face charges of violating the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
