Village exec electrocuted in Camarines Sur

LEGAZPI CITY—A village councilor died on Sunday, August 21, after being electrocuted in Sipocot town in Camarines Sur.

Colonel Bernardo Perez, chief of Camarines Sur police, reported on Monday that Elmer Abiada, 61, was fixing the electrical wiring in their kitchen in Barangay Taisan when electrocuted around 9 a.m.

He suffered serious injuries that caused his instant death.
