Most wanted man in Muntinlupa nabbed for rape, sexual assault

MANILA, Philippines – Muntinlupa City’s most wanted fugitive, who is tagged in three counts of rape and five counts of sexual assault, has been arrested in Alabang, the police said Wednesday.

The Muntinlupa City Police, in a report, confirmed that it collared 39-year-old Albert Perez Jamili in front of a tollgate in Alabang on Tuesday afternoon.

Police said the suspect has a pending arrest order issued by Judge Philip Acosta Aguinaldo of Regional Court Branch 207 in Muntinlupa City, with no bail recommended for rape and P200,000 for each count of sexual assault.

Jamili is currently under the custody of the Muntinlupa City Police station while the court of origin is being notified about the arrest of the accused.
