Most wanted man facing 64 counts of rape falls in Bulacan
CITY OF SAN JOSE DEL MONTE, Bulacan—Police on Thursday (May 19) arrested the city’s most wanted person who is facing 64 counts of statutory rape and 41 counts of sexual assault.
Col. Charlie Cabradilla, Bulacan police director, said the suspect is a 31-year-old man from Barangay Bitungol, Norzagaray town.
The suspect was arrested on the strength of a warrant of arrest issued by a San Jose del Monte City court.
Col. Allan Palomo, City of San Jose del Monte police chief, said the suspect’s victim is his 13-year-old stepdaughter, who lives in this city with her mother.
The suspect denied the allegations, adding that he was unaware of the arrest warrant, which was based on the case filed by the victim’s grandmother.
