Pagasa: Cloudy Monday with rain showers in most parts of PH
MANILA, Philippines – Overcast skies and scattered rain showers due to the southwest monsoon or “habagat” will persist over most parts of the country, including Metro Manila on Monday, according to the state weather bureau.
