MANILA, Philippines — A former Metropolitan Manila Development Authority traffic enforcer was arrested in Rizal over a rape case.

The Quezon City Police District (QCPD) on Wednesday collared its tenth most wanted person, Reynaldo Rigor, from his residence in the town of Montalban.

“Ang pagkakaaresto sa akusado ay isang malinaw na pagpapakita na mayroong hustisya para sa kanilang nabiktima,” QCPD Director Police Brigadier General Remus Medina said in a statement on Friday.
