MANILA, Philippines — Anti-narcotics operatives arrested on Monday two Chinese men suspected of being drug peddlers in Manila and seized from them 15 kilograms of crystal methamphetamine, locally known as “shabu,” with an estimated value of P102 million.

In an initial report, the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) identified the suspects as Hu Bin, 32, and Lang Jiangkang, 40.

They were arrested by agents of the PDEA office in Metro Manila and officers of the Manila Police District in a parking lot in Barangay 720 in Malate.

They will be sued for violation of the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.
