Illegal drugs worth over P700K seized in Bulacan

CAMP GEN. ALEJO S SANTOS, Bulacan –– Police in this province seized “shabu” (crystal meth) and marijuana worth P797,864 from 90 suspects in separate anti-criminality operations from May 23 to 29, authorities said Tuesday, May 31.
Col. Charlie Cabradilla, Bulacan police director, said at least 267 sachets of shabu weighing 94.80 grams and 21 sachets of dried marijuana leaves weighing over one kilo were recovered from the suspects.

At least 118 people facing various offenses were nabbed during the same period in operations and serving of warrants.
Police also collared 168 other people allegedly involved in illegal gambling.
