MANILA, Philippines — At least 26 percent of the 1,126 employees of the Department of Transportation (DOTr) were found positive COVID-19, an official revealed Friday.
(The total number of DOTr employees is 1,126. So in our two-day testing, we conducted a test using RT-PCR, and 26 percent of them were found positive.)
