Both policemen are currently facing cases of murder filed in July, last year with no bail recommended, and acts of lasciviousness with recommended bail of P200,000.

Ramos is also facing a separate case of rape, also with no bail.

Investigation conducted by the Cabugao Municipal Police Station showed that victim, along with her 18-year-old cousin, were first arrested, at 1 a.m., June 28, for violation of curfew rules.

Police said the two girls “were very drunk when the two policemen allegedly took advantage of them,” but the girls managed to escape.

She and her cousin then filed complaints of acts of lasciviousness against Torda and rape complaint against Ramos on June 28.

The 15-year-old victim was later shot and killed by two motorcycle-riding assailants in Cabugao on July 2, while on her way home after following up on their complaints.

The suspects are now under the custody of the San Juan MPS for proper documentation before presentation to the concerned court to face the charges.
