‘Drug Queen’ Yu Yuk Lai died of COVID-19 – BuCor

MANILA, Philippines – “Drug queen” Yu Yuk Lai died of COVID-19 complications, the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) confirmed Tuesday.

Yu died at the East Avenue Medical Center, where she has been confined since May 4.

She died 9:47 this morning due to “acute myocardial infarction and COVID-19 positive critical,” said BuCor Spokesman Gabriel Chaclag.
